Lagos Disco Inferno

this is probably old news to many, but if you havent already seen it... check out this interview piece on the guy known as Voodoo Frank, who found all those awesome nigerian funk records and compiled them as "Lagos Disco Inferno"

I've been following his blog, Voodoofunk, for while now

pretty amazing.. and i have to admit im a little envious that he got to pick through a "room full of nigerian funk records" like that.. but it must have taken some incredible effort to track that stash down ... so i give him major props for making the journey
